Mory Amaro began working at Cantor & Webb P.A. in 1993 and has over eighteen years of experience as a legal assistant. She routinely works with our attorneys in coordinating deals with corporate, tax, estate planning, immigration, real property and other transactional matters. Ms. Amaro provides such services to our clients as the formation and maintenance of foreign and domestic entities; coordination with regard to their international tax and estate planning needs; arranging for the acquisition, disposition and registration of luxury assets such as yachts, airplanes and horses; handling residential and commercial real estate transactions, including loan closings and required filings pursuant to the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act ("FIRPTA"); and, coordination with banking and other financial institutions as well as with numerous governmental agencies including the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue.
