Ms. Perez started with our firm in 1989. She works on various aspects of real estate matters for our private clients and financial institutions, including coordinating the review of contracts for purchases and sales of residential and commercial properties and loan documentation, the examination of title, and the preparation and execution of real estate and loan closings and post closing matters.
